Terms and Conditions (T&C)

• 1- Win shopping coupon for online ebazaar shopping of any amount.
• 2- Only Customers who makes a purchase during the offer period are eligible to participate in this programme.
• 3- The validity of the program is from Oct 10th to Oct 31st -2017, both dates are inclusive.
• 4- There are Three Lucky Prize Categories:
•      i. Category A: 10 Lucky customers will get an ebazaar shopping coupon worth 1000Rupees.
•      i. Category B: 10 Lucky customers will get an ebazaar shopping coupon worth 500 Rupees.
•      iii. Category C: 10 Lucky customers will get an ebazaar shopping coupon worth 250 Rupees.
• 5- Returned Order and Cancelled Order will not be included in this offer.
• 6- Winner will be picked by the eBazaar System randomly and Decision will be final & will bind to the program and prizes.
• 7- If the participant is found to have provided supply any untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information at any stage of the programme then eBazaar has the right to redo the Prize Winner Selection through same eBazaar System Procedure.
• 8- No cash payment will be made in lieu of the prizes/ gifts. No substitution of prize shall be given, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer. Prizes are non-transferable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded and will be forfeited.
• 9- If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, eBazaar reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value, at the sole discretion of the eBazaar.
• 10- Prize winners will be announced during the succeeding week and the names of the winners shall be displayed on eBazaar Website.
• 11- Prize will be given at the end of scheme i.e. after Oct, 2017.
• 12- e-bazaar reserves the rights to amend/ extend/ recall or end the offer at any time without prior notice.
