We, Milkstation Mantra food and beverages llp ( Brand name : MILKSTATION) are a early stage startup in dairy sector having start a dairy plant in Western part of Rajasthan in Pali district near Jodhpur the district is adjacent to 7 districts and processing milk with most of the traditional products like Milk, curd, butter, buttermilk, Cottage Cheese, Ghee (Clarified butter). We want to take it further in expanding the plant and setting up new plant for the same products and making more products like Cheese, ice cream, Skim milk Powder of regular milk and also of goat and camel milk also procuring milk from village levels helping farmers by increasing their income and also processing milk as fresh as possible . Currently we are selling 12000 litres of milk and its by products per day also around good quantity of Ghee.
We are a year old startup trying to disrupt dairy market in rajasthan and want to create a food processing hub in Western Rajasthan as the area has great production yet much less processors on early stage we want to tap the milk and VAP products for which we have installed a small plant.
As the state top is Milk, spice, meat production but there are very less processors. We see a great opportunity in spice processing, Rtc Rte also
