Common questions about e-Bazaar B2G registration, orders, and process

e-Bazaar B2G is a Government of Rajasthan initiative that allows iStart-recognized startups to sell their products and services to government departments and organizations directly, for orders up to ₹25 lakh without requiring a formal tender process.

Only startups that are registered and recognized under the iStart program of the Government of Rajasthan with a valid iStart Card Number and SSO ID can register as sellers on the B2G portal.

The department head nominates an officer as the Primary User and sends the nomination letter to helpdesk.ebazaar@rajasthan.gov.in. The System Admin registers the department. The Primary User can then log in and add secondary users via the Buyer List section.

An LOI (Letter of Intent) is a formal communication by the buyer department to a startup, expressing intent to procure a product or service. It includes estimated cost (without GST), respond-by date, delivery address, and optionally a scope/T&C document.

As per the budget announcement for the current financial year, government departments can place work orders of up to ₹25 lakh to iStart-recognized startups without requiring a formal tender process.
