Business Description
Jai Soni Designs is developing the “EcoMorph System”, a sustainable, climate-responsive and cost-optimized housing framework that integrates architectural planning and environmentally responsible construction practices into a scalable and structured model. The startup aims to address major challenges in the construction sector such as high construction costs, inefficient resource utilization, poor ventilation, excessive indoor heat gain and limited adoption of sustainable practices in affordable housing and small infrastructure projects.
The proposed EcoMorph System combines passive cooling strategies, natural ventilation, optimized space planning and efficient utilization of locally available resources to improve thermal comfort and reduce long-term energy dependency. The framework also incorporates sustainable practices such as rainwater harvesting, reduced material wastage and climate-responsive planning methodologies. By integrating planning, sustainability, cost control and execution into a coordinated framework, the startup aims to improve project efficiency, affordability and environmental performance through a standardized, repeatable and scalable approach.
The business model is based on centralized planning and localized execution, where design strategy and sustainability planning are managed centrally while execution is carried out through local contractors and implementation teams. Revenue generation is planned through design consultancy, project optimization and implementation support services.
Currently at the idea and validation stage, the startup has developed a defined concept and workflow and is preparing for pilot-level execution and practical validation. The long-term vision is to create scalable and environmentally responsible housing and infrastructure solutions that improve energy efficiency, reduce resource wastage and promote sustainable development.
