Return Policy of eBazaar.com

At eBazaar.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy guidelines outlined below:

Eligibility for Return

a. Partial Return: We do not accept partial returns. All quantities of a product included in the order must be returned together

b. Return Window: Generally, an item may be eligible for return within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please initiate the return process within this timeframe.

Acceptable Return Conditions

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

a. Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong color, size, or style of the product.

b. Wrong Item Delivered: If an incorrect item is delivered to you.

c. Unsatisfactory Product: If the product is inauthentic, of low quality, or expired.

d. Defective Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect or is non-functioning (except for products covered under the manufacturer's warranty).

e. Damaged Product: If the product or packaging is physically damaged or tampered with.

Product-Specific Return Conditions

Address Change for Return Pick-up

If the item needs to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if the pick-up service is available at the new address.

Return Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:

a. Correct/Original Product: The product must be correct and original, including the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, and original packaging. Freebies and accessories included with the product should also be returned.

b. Unused and Undamaged: The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original condition, without any stains, scratches, tears, or holes.

Return Request Cancellation

If an order is found to not fulfill any of the return policy conditions, the return request may be canceled at any level.

Return Rejection and Extra Delivery Charges

If a product submitted for pick-up is found to not fulfill the return policy, the return of such a product back to the customer is subject to review. In such cases, extra delivery charges may apply.
