Our Contract: Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order. The contract is formed when the product is dispatched to you, and an e-mail confirmation is sent (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail relating to that product.
Pricing, Availability, and Processing: We list availability information for products on the website but cannot guarantee dispatch times. We will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. The standard delivery time is 7-10 days, but it may vary depending on the dispatch and delivery location. Order placed under e-Mitra bulk purchase services cannot be cancelled once booked. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment Facility for Buyers: By initiating a transaction, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase products and/or services from Rajasthan eBazaar using the Payment Facility. Refunds may be claimed in case of order cancellation before shipping out and by raising a Return Request within ten days after delivery. The Payment Facility may not be available for certain categories of products/services, and refund eligibility may vary. Refunds will be subject to the Buyer complying with the policies.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted for eligible items within the applicable return window of 10 days. Conditions for return include wrong product delivered, unsatisfactory product quality, defective product, or damaged product. Non-returnable items cannot be returned. The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original condition. Please refer to the product-specific return policy for any additional conditions.
